Fit & Fresh Lunch Gear Giveaway!

You all probably know by now how much I love Fit & Fresh products. I am  a big advocate of planning and packing my lunches and snacks to keep me on track with fitness goals, and to make sure our family has our allergy-friendly foods on hand when we need them. Fit & Fresh has all the food containers to fit our family's needs.   1. I love the little containers. They would be perfect for snacking like you said. Also you could send them with the kids to school packed with fruit for snack.

  2. My fave healthy lunch is "pizza" I make with sprouted grain tortilla rounds, my homemade organic marina sauce, some diced veggies and organic grass-fed cheese.

  3. I can't help it I love sandwiches! So I love Turkey on some good whole grain bread- and smashed avocado! Lettuce and tomato and yum! So good.

  4. Really... my favorite healthy lunch is buying a salad from Au Bon Pain... but that gets SUPER expensive, so I have to make myself healthy lunches instead

  5. My favorite lunch is a BLT on a romaine lettuce leaf instead of bread. Plus some grapes. It fills me up and tastes awesome!

  7. My favorite healthy lunch is sauteed garlic zucchini noodles with homemade turkey meat sauce + mixed veggies on the side! 🙂

  8. My husband and I both enjoy a turkey wrap with olive oil mayo for lunch with a side of greek yogurt. It is filled with fiber, protein and calcium!

Hmm .. tuna salad (light chunk, light mayo, celery, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper .. lol my own little "concoction since I was a kid) on toasted rye with white American cheese, romaine or spinach, tomato. With pretzels or baby carrots or celery. Yogurt or granola bar for dessert, and a couple cups of water =]

    Okay, I understand that it's not tremendously healthy (rye, mayo, cheese) .. but hey, it beats what I usually have for lunch (nothing lol .. or basically junk)! Ughhh, now I'm craving one!! And we don't have any lettuce/spinach, tomatoes, or pretzels =(

  13. I love eating baked chicken, cottage cheese, and a side of steamed veggies and some fruit!

  14. black bean and sweet potato burrito with a spinach salad w/ cranberries, mandarin oranges and almonds. yum!

  15. Salads with fresh veggies are my favorite healthy lunches. Fruits are always a favorite too.

  21. My daughter loves a flat out wheat wrap with cream cheese, turkey and shredded carrots with her lunch.

  22. Dandelion greens salad with sheep feta and lemon/oil dressing with a carrot soup is my favorite healthy lunch!
