Today is Fancy Sandwich Friday! Today I made a snowflake sandwich - which is just a humble ham and cheese sandwich topped with cheese cut with my awesome snowflake cutter set. I LOVE this very versatile set of cutters, and I've never even used it for cookies. It works so much better for cheese! Also in this lunch is broccoli salad topped with a yellow bell pepper star with a radish santa hat and nori face, and some grapes and carrots.
